2 Indicate a Date Range for the report, using the

From and To fields and browse buttons. Set

precise time for the report, using the spinner

boxes to the right of the Date Range fields.

3 Use the Daily Time Range area of the window

to set a specific time frame for the report. The

time will begin at the "From date and time"

continuous through the end of the "To date and

time". If the check box "Only list events be-

tween these hours each day" is marked, only the

time range each day will be reported, omitting

information outside the time range.

4 Select a Time Zone that the report should use

as a reference. For example, if you are generating

a report for a facility that is located in a different

Time Zone, select that facility's Time Zone. The

report will be generated based on the time

requested in that Time Zone, +/- the time

relative to where the report is being generated. In

other words, if you are located in Seattle [(GMT
